Key Responsibilities
Representation of the CEO’s Office
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s Office, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely communication.
- Represent the CEO’s Office in engagements with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Uphold the reputation and authority of the CEO’s Office through consistently high standards of output and conduct.
Executive Office Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and daily workflow to align with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate reporting submissions across internal functions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and deadlines are met.
- Enforce quality standards for all reports, briefing notes, presentations, and executive materials submitted to the CEO and C-suite.
Governance and Delegation of Authority (DoA)
- Monitor and track compliance with the Delegation of Authority framework.
- Review submissions for accuracy, justification, and policy adherence prior to CEO review.
- Maintain formal records of approvals, decisions, and supporting documentation for audit and governance purposes.
Board and Leadership Support
- Coordinate board, executive committee, and leadership meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure board packs, CEO briefings, and leadership presentations are concise, business-focused, and professionally structured.
- Track actions and resolutions to ensure accountability and timely execution.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between the CEO’s Office and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders are properly briefed and supported in preparing submissions and updates.
- Proactively follow up on actions, reporting, and decisions to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
Additional Duties
- Perform any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the CEO or CEO Office leadership.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a CEO, in a complex corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing executive reporting workflows, governance processes, and DoA compliance.
- Proven ability to review, refine, and elevate executive-level reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
