Job summary

A leading automotive company in the UAE is looking for a Technical Support Executive to serve as the main contact for technical issues related to electric vehicles. The role includes providing diagnostic support, preparing reports, and ensuring tool availability. Candidates should have a diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, 6 years of automotive experience, and strong knowledge of electronics and diagnostics. A valid UAE driving license is also required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in automotive repair
• At least 3 years as a master technician or technical support engineer
• Valid UAE driving license without travel restrictions within GCC

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic support for EV vehicle brand
• Ensure availability of special tools and service bulletins
• Prepare quality cases reports for technical manager and OEM
• Advise locations on resolving technical issues
• Conduct field visits to assist on technical issues
