Job Title: Estimator

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and prepare detailed cost estimates for fit‑out, MEP, joinery, landscaping, signage and aluminum projects.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs, prepare Bills of Quantities and material takeoffs.
• Prepare bid proposals, pricing proposals and payment certificates.
• Collate and analyse vendor quotations, negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor coordination.
• Support project cost forecasting, monitor project costs and maintain cost records.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, architects and suppliers to ensure accurate cost assessments and compliance with standards.
• Utilise estimating software and CAD (AutoCAD, etc.) for accurate estimation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the interior fit‑out industry and MEP estimation.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
