As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist (Remote) based in the MENA region to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Input marketing, campaign, and performance data for healthcare and wellness clients
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all data sources
Data Quality & Verification
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
  • Perform routine data checks and corrections to maintain high-quality records
  • Follow established data entry standards and procedures
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to support ongoing projects
  • Assist with data preparation for reports, dashboards, and client deliverables
  • Communicate clearly regarding data issues or discrepancies
Documentation & Organization
  • Maintain well-organized digital files and records
  • Help document data processes and updates as needed
Continuous Improvement
  • Learn internal tools, workflows, and data systems
  • Look for opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency
Experience & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles (internships or part-time roles accepted)
  • Experience handling spreadsheets or basic databases is a plus
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Strong typing and data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Basic familiarity with online databases, CRM systems, or CMS platforms is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with cloud-based tools and remote systems
Tools
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with basic data validation and formatting
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
