Job summary

Marcura is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Digital Financial Services to lead new business growth in fintech/payments for the maritime sector from Dubai. You will craft a strategic sales plan, build a robust pipeline, and close high-value enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder buy-in across CFO, Treasury, and Procurement teams.

You will engage senior decision-makers, promote Marcura’s financial solutions including P2P, Vendor Payments, FX, and cross-border payments, and travel internationally

Qualifications

Diploma or higher education with emphasis on finance, sales, or business development.
MBA or equivalent Master’s in Sales, BD, Finance, or Banking is preferred.
Proven experience in selling fintech/payments solutions to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Develop robust sales plans and pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Own complex, high-value enterprise deals from prospecting to close.
Engage C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams to secure RFPs and tenders.
