Job summary

Finastra Dubai seeks a high‑impact Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling Finastra software solutions and services to new retail banking clients in the Middle East region. You will develop account plans, position value, and close deals with C‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities include territory management, forecasting, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client outcomes in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client’s business and position solutions effectively.
• Demonstrates product/industry knowledge, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to articulate ROI and value propositions.
• Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling Finastra software and services to new prospects in assigned territory.
• Create and manage a strategic territory plan to achieve quota.
• Promote Finastra’s Digital Core Banking platform to Retail Banks.
• Forecast accurately and maintain sales data for opportunity management.
• Develop relationships with industry professionals and participate in events as approved.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Close deals and manage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycle.
