Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Sales professional in Dubai to drive growth in cross-border payments for corporate clients. The role focuses on expanding a portfolio of mid-market and large corporates while navigating FX, liquidity, and global payment flows.

You will sell complex payment solutions, partner with product, implementation and compliance teams, and own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, targeting achievement of sales targets in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling cross-border payments to corporates or mid-market.
• Strong background selling to corporate clients in payments/fintech/banking.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of international payment rails and FX concepts.

This role is suited to someone with a strong track record selling international payment solutions to mid-market and large corporates, and who understands the complexity of FX, liquidity, treasury, and global payment flows.

• Drive new business through strategic prospecting and existing relationships
• Sell complex payment solutions including international transfers, FX, and treasury-related products
• Work closely with product, implementation, and compliance teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close

Requirements

• Proven experience selling cross-border payments (this is essential)
• Strong background selling to corporate clients
• Experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of international payment rails and FX concepts
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
