Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Mobility Lead for Large Corporates & Enterprise Fleets in Dubai. You will set and execute a robust B2B sales strategy across corporate fleets, drive revenue growth, and build enduring relationships with enterprise clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize pipelines, and ensure delivery excellence from prospecting to aftersales. The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in enterprise sales within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy across CV, LCV, Truck, Bus, and Industrial Equipment.
• Design sector-based sales structure and embed hunter-farmer approach.
• Lead and performance-manage Business Development and Key Account Managers.
• Build annual sales plans, quotas, reporting cadence, and forecasting discipline.
• Identify growth sectors and design targeted acquisition strategies.
• Establish relationships with C-suite and procurement decision-makers in the UAE.
• Drive large-tender participation and negotiate strategic contracts.
• Oversee full sales funnel from lead to close and handover.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline governance.
• Monitor win/loss, pricing discipline, and deal profitability.
• Manage account plans, cross-sell, and retention programs.
• Resolve escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Collections, and Marketing.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance to senior management.
