Job summary

Confidencial is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Abu Dhabi to provide operational HR support to a large engineering workforce. You will act as the main HR contact for managers and employees, supporting development, onboarding, employee relations and compliance with company procedures.

The role involves advising on policies, coordinating learning and development, managing lifecycle changes, and ensuring timely recruitment coordination with Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in engineering, industrial or multinational environment.
• Good knowledge of UAE employment legislation.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including training plans and records.
• Monitor performance appraisals and PDPs to ensure timely implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Immigration and other HR functions.
