Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an energetic HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals. You will partner with managers, shape workforce plans, and guide managers through change.

You will own lifecycle activities, lead performance and engagement initiatives, handle employee relations with discretion, and collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including hands-on business partnering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Natural people person with energy, initiative and ownership.
• Confident navigating organizational change and sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on team effectiveness, workforce planning and day-to-day people matters.
• Own employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, probation, development, internal moves, retention and exits.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews and succession planning with managers.
• Lead engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives to strengthen culture and connection.
• Handle employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Coordinate with specialist HR teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Use people insights and feedback to identify priorities and improve ways of working.
