Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding and HR operations within Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating with agencies, portals and internal teams to fulfil manpower and hiring progress, plus handling joining formalities and visa processes.

The position covers payroll, benefits, attendance tracking and HR compliance under UAE Labour Law. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills are essential for engagement across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in UAE.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction or Industrial Services advantageous.
• Strong coordination, organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals and internal stakeholders to fulfil manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide updates on vacancies and hiring progress.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and collect feedback from hiring managers.
• Support preparation and issuance of offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding: joining formalities, visa processing, medical examinations and Emirate ID.
• Arrange inductions and liaise with IT/Admin for joining.
• Ensure employee clearance and exit formalities are completed.
