Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to lead HR policy development and oversee employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding for a diverse workforce. The role requires advising managers, drafting job descriptions, and supporting strategic HR projects on-site in Abu Dhabi.

The position emphasizes compliance with UAE labour laws and maintaining accurate HR records while fostering a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment.

Formación

• Strong HR management and HR skills including strategic planning and execution.
• Experience developing, implementing and interpreting HR policies per UAE labour regulations.
• Robust employee relations skills including conflict resolution, counseling and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development, implementation and monitoring of HR policies aligned with UAE labour laws and organizational standards.
• Manage employee relations, performance management processes, recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support workforce planning and collaboration with leadership on strategic HR projects.
• Draft and update job descriptions, advise managers on HR best practices and handle employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support training and development initiatives.
