In this strategic role, you’ll drive product inclusion in major energy projects, deliver expert technical support, and shape the future of insulation performance in the region.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and manage engineering specifications for energy projects across MEA
• Secure product inclusion by engaging with Owners, EPCs, and consultants
• Support detailed design phases, including technical drawings and quantity take-offs
• Deliver technical calculations and proposals during bidding stages
• Conduct technical audits at key CAPEX and OPEX sites
• Provide training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate on product development, testing, and certification processes
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years in oil & gas or industrial insulation
• Strong expertise in insulation systems, performance calculations, and specification-driven environments
• Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and piping layouts
• Proven ability to deliver technical support and engage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and ideally insulation design software
• Willing to travel across the MEA region as needed
