Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is looking for a Sales Manager for its Energy Solutions Business Development. This role is pivotal in driving client engagement and revenue growth in the energy management and sustainability sector.

The ideal candidate will develop energy optimization solutions that cater to various clients while ensuring energy efficiency and achieving sustainability goals. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and a relevant engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy solutions business development, sustainability consulting, or retrofit projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, control systems, and energy management technologies.
• Experience working with renewable energy systems, energy efficiency programs, and decarbonization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify new energy business opportunities by analyzing market trends and evaluating potential clients.
• Build strong relationships with corporate decision makers and industry stakeholders.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on energy optimization, energy modelling, and energy audits.
• Manage the complete sales cycle including proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
