Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience or internship in a similar background.
• Result‑oriented, tenacious, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of stakeholders and internal partners.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate assumptions made during solution design.
• Build energy savings estimates, cost estimates and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations.
• Provide technical risk analysis for complete solutions.
• Participate in transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timeline and customer requirements are properly addressed.
• Perform on‑site data collection at customer facilities and support post‑contract design review.
• Develop multiple components for the bundled sale of energy solutions.
• Use strong customer‑relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers and vendors.
