Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or integrated energy solutions.
• Proven track record of building and scaling regional or multi-country businesses.
• Strong exposure to generators, solar PV, hybrid power systems, microgrids, off-grid solutions, or battery energy storage systems.
• Experience leading regional teams and managing business performance across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop markets, and close strategic deals.
• Proven success securing large industrial, infrastructure, utility, or energy projects.
• Established network with EPC contractors, developers, utilities, investors, government stakeholders, and industrial clients.
• Ability to own P&L, pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
