Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Solar Sales Engineer to drive solar and hybrid power solutions in the UAE. You will translate customer requirements into viable system proposals and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, leveraging a mechanical or electrical engineering background.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Five years of UAE solar systems integration sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical/commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop sales opportunities for solar and hybrid power solutions in the UAE.
Assess customer requirements and support development of solar integration solutions.
Conduct regular customer and site visits to understand business needs and maintain relationships.
Manage sales opportunities from inquiry to proposal, negotiation and closure.
Achieve agreed sales targets with a focus on sustainable business.
Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and sales records.
Monitor market activity and share insights with sales management.
Participate in product and sales training to stay up-to-date.
