Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in government, weddings, and MICE segment or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
• Fluency in English; other languages such as Arabic or Russian preferred.
• Strong foundation in premium and luxury hotel hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Handle all leads from the sales team and client inquiries for group requests.
• Maintain close working relationships with clients from proposal to onsite liaison.
• Review function bookings weekly and ensure all agreements follow hotel policies.
• Develop sales proposals for conferences and incentives that win business.
• Ensure correct booking procedures for group allocations and meetings.
• Achieve sales targets as set by the Director of Sales.
