Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in EGM operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of EGM mechanics and gaming regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of the EGM department and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
Monitor electronic gaming machine performance and coordinate repairs with technicians.
Support handling of jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions per policy.
Assist in scheduling and managing EGM supervisors and floor attendants.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Uphold high service standards and maintain integrity of EGM assets.
