About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Attendants to join the EGM Operations team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are

• Deliver exceptional guest service tailored to high-value clientele in the EGM area
• Assist with jackpot payouts, hand pays and account inquiries with discretion and professionalism
• Monitor EGM machine performance and report malfunctions or irregularities promptly
• Ensure compliance with Wynn Al Marjan Island and General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, secure and welcoming environment for premium guests
• Support promotional activities and special events within the EGM area
• Collaborate with EGM Technicians and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in EGM operations or luxury hospitality environments
