Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in EGM operations or luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of EGM machine functionality and payout procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism with high-value guests.
• Proficiency in spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service tailored to high-value clientele in the EGM area.
• Assist with jackpot payouts, hand pays and account inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor EGM machine performance and report malfunctions or irregularities promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn Al Marjan Island and GCGRA policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, secure and welcoming environment for premium guests.
• Support promotional activities and special events within the EGM area.
• Collaborate with EGM Technicians and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
