Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking Attendants to join the EGM Operations team. You will deliver exceptional guest service to high-value clients, assist with payouts, monitor EGM performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies and gaming regulations.

Candidates should hold a high school diploma, have 2+ years in EGM or luxury hospitality, and excel in English with discretion for premium guests. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience in EGM operations or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; discretion with high-value guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to premium guests in the EGM area.
• Assist with jackpot payouts, hand pays, and account inquiries.
• Monitor EGM machine performance and report malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.
• Maintain a clean, secure environment for premium guests.
• Support promotional activities and events in the EGM area.
• Collaborate with EGM Technicians and Supervisors for smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
