Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor to join the EGM Operations team in the UAE. The role oversees the EGM floor, ensures premium guest service, and directs attendants to maintain high standards of payout accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in EGM operations, with 1–2 years in a leadership role, strong English communication, and familiarity with gaming systems. On-site work with a focus on guest experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in leadership/supervisory role is desirable.
• Strong understanding of EGM functionality and payout procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support EGM Attendants to deliver exceptional service to premium guests.
• Oversee jackpot payouts, hand pays, verifications, and sensitive transactions with accuracy.
• Monitor EGM machine performance and coordinate with technical teams for issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies across the EGM floor.
• Manage guest escalations with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and readiness of the EGM environment.
• Support promotions, events, and EGM-related programs.
• Prepare and review shift reports, incident logs, and performance summaries.
• Contribute to training and development of staff.
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, and Technical Services for safe operations.
