Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Supervisor for the EGM Operations team to ensure premium guest service and flawless gaming operations.

The role oversees payout procedures, machine performance, and staff training, while maintaining strict internal controls and compliance with gaming regulations. A minimum of 3–5 years in EGM operations with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business education preferred.
• 3–5 years in EGM operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of EGM functionality, payout procedures, and controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage high-value guests with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support EGM Attendants to ensure premium guest service.
• Oversee jackpot payouts, hand pays, account verifications and sensitive transactions.
• Monitor EGM machine performance and coordinate with technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and gaming regulations.
• Manage guest escalations with professionalism and discretion.
• Oversee presentation, cleanliness and readiness of EGM environment.
• Support and supervise promotional activities and programs.
• Prepare and review shift reports, incident logs and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security and Technical Services for safe operations.
