Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Senior Technician to join the Gaming Technology team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on diagnostics and repair of EGM and table-game electronics, with strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

You will help maintain gaming systems and contribute to continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience with electronic gaming equipment, plus electronics-focused

Qualifications

1 year minimum experience as a gaming technician or EGM technician with hands-on exposure to electronic gaming equipment.
Technical apprenticeship or accredited vocational training in electronics.
Secondary school diploma or higher education in electronics, engineering, or related technical field.
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
Proficiency with gaming systems, including management and accounting systems, and media/display tech used in gaming environments.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair component-level issues on EGM and table-game electronics, including assemblies and sub-assemblies, to ensure smooth operation.
Perform repair, testing, and maintenance following safety and regulatory requirements.
Support gaming systems maintenance to ensure reliable performance across the gaming floor.
Participate in briefings and share relevant technical updates with the team.
Contribute to health, safety and environmental standards within the department.
Interact professionally with colleagues, management, and contractors.
