The role requires supervising Supervisors and staff, coaching, scheduling, and maintaining guest service standards in a fast-paced, 24‑hour environment. High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred, with 2+ years in gaming ops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills are essential.
• 2+ years in table games or gaming operations, supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Supervisors and ensure adherence to game procedures and policies.
• Monitor team performance; provide coaching and on‑the‑job training.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and communicate updates to the team.
• Assist in scheduling rosters and breaks for full coverage.
• Support onboarding and training of new Gaming Specialists and Team Members.
• Monitor grooming and conduct to align with standards.
• Maintain open communication and drive service improvements.
