Job summary

A premier hospitality resort in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Assistant Manager – Gaming Technician to lead a team of technicians responsible for the maintenance and repair of gaming equipment. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in EGM operations. • Assist in scheduling and task assignments to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Ensure all technical activities comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of machine configurations, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support, repairs, and upgrades.
• Stay informed on emerging gaming technologies, system enhancements, and industry trends.
• Assist in the integration of new gaming platforms, cashless solutions, and digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations to maintain system connectivity, data integrity, and operational reliability.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Gaming Technician to join the resort’s Gaming Technician team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of gaming technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming equipment
• Monitor machine performance, uptime, and guest feedback to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities
• Manage the installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of EGM, table game equipment, and related systems
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to gaming technicians to enhance technical capability and performance
• Assist in scheduling and task assignments to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts
• Ensure all technical activities comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specifications
