Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking Attendants to join the EGM Operations team. You will deliver exceptional guest service to premium guests, assist with jackpot payouts, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment in the EGM area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 2 years' experience in EGM or luxury hospitality, strong English, discretion, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Attendants to join the EGM Operations team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Deliver exceptional guest service tailored to high-value clientele in the EGM area
• Assist with jackpot payouts, hand pays, and account inquiries with discretion and professionalism
• Monitor EGM machine performance and report malfunctions or irregularities promptly
• Ensure compliance with Wynn Al Marjan Island and General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for premium guests
• Support promotional activities and special events within the EGM area
• Collaborate with EGM Technicians and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in EGM operations or luxury hospitality environments
• Strong understanding of EGM machine functionality and payout procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism with high-value guests
• Proficiency in spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with gaming management systems and reporting tools is preferred
