Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Vehicle Delivery Operations in Dubai to manage delivery readiness, documentation, stock coordination, and customer handovers. The role connects showroom teams, workshops, drivers, insurers, and registration staff to ensure accurate, on-time vehicle delivery and compliance with service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in automotive sales coordination or dealership operations and are proficient with SAP/ERP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in sales coordination, vehicle delivery coordination, dealership administration, or automotive operations.
• Familiarity with UAE vehicle registration, insurance, invoicing, and delivery procedures preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP platform and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily vehicle deliveries and ensure units are prepared to customer specifications.
• Coordinate servicing, inspections, cleaning, accessory installation, and final readiness with workshop teams.
• Liaise with drivers, registration teams, insurers, sales staff and external providers to maintain delivery schedules.
• Process registration documents, insurance records, invoices, and delivery paperwork accurately.
• Check documentation before handover and resolve missing information to avoid delays.
• Track preparation progress and provide updates to sales executives and branch management.
• Verify stock availability through inspections and internal systems.
• Arrange demo vehicles for test drives and ensure vehicles are presentable and ready.
• Maintain showroom display standards and coordinate vehicle movements between storage, workshops and delivery locations.
• Maintain records in SAP or ERP systems and support the sales team with delivery status.
• Escalate issues promptly and develop practical solutions to keep commitments.
