• Coordinate vehicle and motorcycle movements between warehouses and service centers.
• Manage vehicle registrations through official government portals.
• Ensure vehicle certificates and documentation are properly prepared for invoicing.
• Coordinate pre‑delivery inspection readiness and schedule deliveries with customers.
• Maintain accurate stock records, invoicing data, and monthly reporting in SAP.
• Support showroom operations including demonstrator vehicle management and display coordination.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
