Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator for its automotive showroom operations in Dubai. You will support daily showroom activities, coordinate vehicle preparation and deliveries, and ensure accurate sales documentation and handovers.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar role, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar sales coordination or operational support role.
• Good understanding of sales coordination and day-to-day retail operations.
• Proficiency in SAP for relevant administrative and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared according to required standards before customer handover.
• Work closely with workshop teams to arrange vehicle cleaning, servicing and accessory installation.
• Monitor vehicle preparation activities and follow up with relevant teams to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available and ready for scheduled activities.
• Support an efficient vehicle handover process by ensuring preparation and documentation requirements are completed.
