Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support showroom operations across the UAE. You will coordinate with sales teams, workshops, drivers, and service providers to ensure vehicle preparation, documentation, and timely handovers.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, aligning with Al-Futtaim's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• High school qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared to the required standards before customer handover.
• Work closely with workshops to coordinate vehicle cleaning, servicing, and accessory installation.
• Ensure vehicle registration and sales documentation, including insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoices, sales letters, and gate passes, is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure demonstration vehicles are clean, fuelled, checked, and ready for test drives.
• Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks and provide accurate stock information to the sales team.
• Support showroom vehicle displays and ensure required display standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and required business documentation.
