Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared to the required standards before customer handover.
• Work closely with workshops to coordinate vehicle cleaning, servicing and accessory installation.
• Ensure vehicle registration and sales documentation including insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoices, sales letters and gate passes is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure demonstration vehicles are clean, fuelled, checked and ready for test drives.
• Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks and provide accurate stock information to the sales team.
• Support showroom vehicle displays and ensure required display standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and required business documentation.
