ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Universal Banker for the BR-Al Barsha Branch in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and identifying client needs to offer appropriate banking products.

The position is restricted to UAE Nationals and will operate within branch service standards, processing transactions, card and account services, and basic advisory activities under branch supervision.

Formación

• Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail & Institutional Banking products & services.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
• Thorough Knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Fair knowledge of service standards.
• Knowledge of cross-sales.
• Strong computer skills and digital banking familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt and efficient service to all walk-in customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and resolve issues effectively & efficiently.
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services.
• Assist with account opening, card services, transfers, and dispute handling as needed.
