Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai in the UAE seeks a proactive Universal Banker to deliver end-to-end branch-based customer service and sales. You will handle customer needs, onboarding, and servicing while deepening relationships with Priority Segment clients through cross-selling and thoughtful solutioning.

You will manage a defined portfolio, achieve sales targets across product lines, and coordinate with Relationship Managers to provide premium service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in branch banking with service and sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact to understand customer requirements and guide walk-in customers to appropriate services.
• Deliver branch service requests within SLAs, process statements, remittances, and account updates.
• Perform account maintenance and ensure onboarding with complete documentation.
• Drive end-to-end sales of asset and liability products and cross-sell to grow the customer base.
• Maintain premium service for Priority customers and manage relationships with RMs where applicable.
• Identify at-risk customers and execute retention actions per segment guidelines.
