Job summary

Inter Emirates Motors in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Advisor Supervisor to lead our Aftersales Service Advisor team. You will enhance customer satisfaction, ensure dealership processes and manufacturer standards are followed, and support service operations in a busy dealership environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Diploma, minimum 5 years in automotive aftersales, team leadership, a valid UAE driving license, and fluent English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive aftersales or service advisory.
• Experience supervising or leading a team of Service Advisors.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Service Advisor team to ensure efficient customer handling.
• Review job cards and service documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure vehicle inspections, customer approvals, and repair estimates are documented.
• Coordinate with Workshop, CRM, and Call Centre for a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct quality checks on completed job cards, billing accuracy, and parts use.
• Monitor repeat repair cases and work with technical teams on corrective actions.
• Coach and develop Service Advisors through feedback, training, and performance management.
• Support the Service & Workshop Manager in driving process improvements.
