Global in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor Supervisor to lead our Service Advisor team within Aftersales. You will drive customer satisfaction, support team development, and ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive aftersales.
• Experience supervising Service Advisors.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Service Advisor team to ensure efficient customer handling.
• Review job cards and service docs for accuracy and standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections, approvals and repair estimates are documented.
• Coordinate with Workshop, CRM, and Call Centre for seamless experience.
• Conduct quality checks on job cards, billing, labor, and parts.
• Monitor repeat repair cases and drive corrective actions with technical teams.
• Coach, mentor and develop Service Advisors with regular feedback.
• Support Service & Workshop Manager in process improvements.
