Job summary

Inter Emirates Motors in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Advisor Supervisor to lead our Aftersales Service Advisor team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Diploma, minimum 5 years in automotive aftersales, team leadership, a valid UAE driving license, and fluent English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team of Service Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Service Advisor team to ensure efficient customer handling.
• Review job cards and service documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure vehicle inspections, customer approvals, and repair estimates are documented.
• Coordinate with Workshop, CRM, and Call Centre for a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct quality checks on completed job cards, billing accuracy, and parts use.
• Monitor repeat repair cases and work with technical teams on corrective actions.
• Coach and develop Service Advisors through feedback, training, and performance management.
• Support the Service & Workshop Manager in driving process improvements.

• Review job cards and service documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with dealership standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections, customer approvals, and repair estimates are properly documented and communicated.
• Coordinate effectively with the Workshop, CRM, and Call Centre teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct quality checks on completed job cards, billing accuracy, labor allocation, and parts utilization.
• Monitor repeat repair cases and work closely with technical teams to implement corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Advisors through regular feedback, training, and performance management.
• Support the Service & Workshop Manager in driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar automotive aftersales role.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team of Service Advisors.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic is an advantage.
