Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Service Advisor to represent the brand in Aftersales, manage customer loyalty, and drive revenue through upselling. You will interface with customers, reception, Aftersales, and workshop teams to ensure seamless service from consultation to delivery.

Requirements include a diploma or bachelor in automotive engineering, 3–5 years in automotive service, and proficiency in MS Office with SAP knowledge. English and basic Arabic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is preferred.
• Conversant in English and basic Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term customer relationships, manage complaints, and provide progress updates with clear cost explanations.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through upselling and discount control while ensuring correct service delivery.
