LEGALFLY is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative in Dubai to help scale our hyper-growth legal AI platform. You will own outbound prospecting and first contact with law firms and enterprise accounts across the UAE, driving interest and appointments for the Account Executive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales development or inside sales
• Fluent in Arabic (Gulf dialect) and English
• Based in Dubai; able to work from Dubai AI Campus
• Experience with SaaS/tech startups

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting identifying high-potential law firms and enterprise accounts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia; drive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Lead qualification & nurturing – Initiate intelligent conversations and guide potential clients through the first stages of the funnel
• Pipeline development – Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities
• Regional insight – Monitor trends and insights in the local legal sector to inform GTM strategy
• Cross-functional collaboration – Work with marketing, product and sales to provide field-level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns
