We are looking for a Sales Development Representative in the UAE to drive our Gulf region growth, collaborating with Dubai-based Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business development.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and email automation.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up tech/SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• As our Sales Development Representative in the UAE you'll help LEGALFLY grow its presence in the Gulf region.
• You'll work closely with our Dubai based Account Executives to fuel the sales pipeline and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
• Outbound prospecting: Identify high-potential law firms and enterprise accounts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia; drive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Lead qualification & nurturing: Initiate conversations and guide potential clients through the first stages of the funnel.
• Pipeline development: Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
• Regional insight: Monitor trends and insights in the local legal sector to inform our GTM strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, product and sales to provide field-level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns.
