Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking a bilingual BDR based in Dubai to spearhead our expansion across the Middle East and Arabic-speaking markets, generating high-quality opportunities for hypergrowth. You will collaborate with Account Executives, run multi-channel outreach, and help build a robust pipeline while evolving through a growth-focused environment.

The role requires native Arabic and fluent English, with 1 year in a SaaS BDR environment and a strong interest in Legal Tech.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 1 year of experience as a BDR in a SaaS environment.
• Sales or prospecting experience is a plus; junior profiles welcome.
• 3–5 years of higher education in business, marketing, management, or communications is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and genuine interest in Legal Tech and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Align with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and build BDR × AE tandems.
• Drive phone prospecting campaigns to secure qualified meetings and incentives.
• Complement phone outreach with multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn).
• Conduct qualification meetings to assess prospects and handover to AEs.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles in Mid-Market/Enterprise when required.
• Build relationships with prospects through curiosity, empathy and listening.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of prospecting scripts and sequences.
