Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking an accomplished sales leader in Dubai to scale commercial and mid-market revenues across the UAE and Oman.

You will coach Account Executives, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and collaborate with SalesOps, Marketing, Channel, and other functions to advance Cloudflare’s brand and GTM execution. Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive exceptional sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned quarterly and annual quotas
• Manage, coach, and develop your team of Account Executives
• Provide day-to-day deal support and functional guidance to AEs
• Source, interview, and recruit top sales talents in coordination with recruiting and sales leaders
• Own and drive AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and provide attainment forecast guidance to sales management
• Develop and iterate on best-practices/programs for DNR growth and new product attach rates
• Define and drive optimal GTM coverage for all market segments
• Drive channel relationships forward to accelerate channel business
• Foster relationships between customer/partner executives and Cloudflare executives in key accounts
• Lead quarterly business reviews/kick-offs and data-driven new business growth
