Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a senior regional sales leader in Dubai to scale new business revenue across Commercial and Mid‑Market accounts in UAE and Oman.

You will coach Account Executives, drive pipeline, and partner with SalesOps, Marketing, and Channel teams to advance Cloudflare’s brand and GTM strategies. The role requires a decade of sales experience with a proven SaaS track record, strong English communication, and the ability to recruit and ramp high‑performers in a fast‑paced market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in UAE & Oman.
• Proven track record leading quota-bearing reps in SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity.
• Experience selling complex solutions and driving GTM strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, in English.
• Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional sales growth by meeting quotas and annual targets.
• Coach and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Provide day‑to‑day deal support and guidance to AEs.
• Source, interview and recruit top sales talent with leadership.
• Own AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and forecast guidance weekly.
• Define ideal AE profiles for the region and onboard ramp‑up.
• Develop programs to accelerate DNR growth and Cloudflare One attach rates.
• Define and drive optimal GTM coverage for market segments.
• Drive channel relationships to accelerate channel business.
• Foster relationships with customer/partner executives and Cloudflare leaders.
• Lead quarterly reviews and data‑driven sales growth initiatives.
• Document best practices and sales playbooks with Enablement.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to boost brand and revenues.
• Maintain relationships with industry orgs in the region.
