Job summary

Cloudflare, based in Dubai, seeks an experienced sales leader to scale Commercial and Mid-Market accounts in the UAE and Oman. You will coach AEs, shape the pipeline strategy, and collaborate with SalesOps, Marketing, Channel, and regional leaders to accelerate revenue and brand presence.

You will recruit, onboard, and ramp high-performing AEs, define regional GTM, and drive data-driven sales with quarterly reviews and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in sales experience, with at least 5 years in UAE and Oman.
• At least 5 years of experience managing quota-carrying sales reps across UAE and Oman; SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Experience managing a high-volume, fast-paced pipeline and delivering growth.
• Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies in fast-changing environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage multiple audience levels.
• Established relationships with Cybersecurity and SaaS communities in the region; self-motivated leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA/MIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Manage, coach, and develop the AE team.
• Provide day-to-day deal support and guidance to AEs.
• Source, interview, and recruit top sales talent.
• Own AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and forecast to management weekly.
• Define ideal AE profiles for the region and onboard AEs.
• Develop and iterate sales programs to drive growth and product attach rates.
• Drive GTM coverage and channel relationships for the region.
• Foster relationships with customers and partners at Cloudflare executives level.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and data-driven sales practices.
