Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects in Dubai. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining quality and compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with 3-6 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in the GCC/UAE. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Prior experience in GCC/UAE projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, BOQs, and cost control methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and control expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and contracts from subcontractors and suppliers.
