• Oversee day-to-day property operations for international and local property owners.
• Maintain strong communication with owners through regular updates and reports.
• Manage sales and leasing processes for properties in the secondary market.
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive phone outreach.
• Schedule appointments and viewings for the sales and leasing team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client and property details.
• Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer engagement.
• Work closely with agents to support sales and leasing operations.
