Applicants should have 3–5+ years in upscale hospitality sales, a proven track record of contract closures, and fluent English. Dubai-based, immediate market familiarity preferred.

• Strong network of corporate clients and event agencies in UAE.
• Proven track record of closing contracts and driving revenue.
• Fluent English; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate events and venue buyouts.
• Leverage existing rolodex of event agencies, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth clients in the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, bespoke proposals, contracts, and on-the-day management.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate and lifestyle circuits to build new pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
