The Career Nest seeks a Sales & Events Executive in Dubai to drive revenue through sourcing, pitching, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, and private events. You will leverage a robust UAE rolodex across corporate, agencies, and high-net-worth hosts to build a strong pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in upscale hospitality or events, with proven ability to close contracts independently. Fluent English is required, with other languages a plus for key demographics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai's upscale hospitality, nightlife, luxury venue, or event planning sectors.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients, event management agencies, and private high-end hosts in the UAE.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently - not just coordinate operations or inbound reservations.
• Fluent English; other languages advantageous for key markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners, brand activations, private parties, and buyouts.
• Leverage a verified network of corporate clients, agencies, and private hosts across the UAE.
• Manage end-to-end event sales: inquiry qualification, tailored proposals, menu walkthroughs, contracts, and on-the-day client management.
• Proactively network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle circuits to uncover new business pipelines.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
