The Career Nest is seeking a Sales & Events Executive in Dubai to spearhead corporate, social, and private buyouts for a premium hospitality concept. You will leverage a strong local network to source opportunities, present bespoke proposals, and close high-value deals with luxury brands and private clients.

This revenue-focused role rewards performance with a strong base salary plus commission and requires 3–5+ years in upscale hospitality or events.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proactive sales and business development in Dubai's upscale hospitality or events.
• Active portfolio of corporate clients and agencies in UAE.
• Proven ability to close contracts independently, not just coordinate operations.
• Excellent English communication and presence, Russian/European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive venue revenue by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate dinners and buyouts.
• Manage end-to-end sales: inquiries, proposals, menus, contracts, and on-day relations.
• Network across Dubai's corporate, nightlife, and lifestyle scenes to build new pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
